The "Legally-Unethical" Mindset

What is a "Legally-Unethical" Mindset? 


It is one where the following rationalizations are made to justify unethical acts: 


"If it is legal, then it is ok"


"We are under no legal obligation to do anything else"


The Legally-unethical mindset is prevalent in corporations. 


The term "Legally-Unethical" has been coined to increase sensitivity to acts that are legal but unethical.
